•  2  10 oz. cans California Cling Peach slices
•  3 cups Orange-flavored liqueur
•  6 qt. vanilla ice cream
•  48 mint springs (garnish)

Directions:
Drain peaches. Stir in orange liqueur. Cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours.

Reserve 2 peach slices per serving for garnish.

To assemble parfaits, place #16 dipper (2 oz) ice cream and 2 peach slices in each parfait glass; repeat for a second layer. Drizzle with orange liqueur marinade.

Garnish each with 2 peach slices and a mint spring.
