•  1  10 oz. (6 lbs.) can California Cling Peach halves, well drained
•  1 quart diced canned pineapple, drained
•  3 cups fresh orange segments, chopped
•  3 cups English cucumber, finely chopped
•  2 cups red onion, finely chopped
•  1-  1/2 cups fresh cilantro, finely chopped
•  2/3 cup seeded jalapeño peppers, finely chopped
•  2/3 cup fresh mint, finely chopped
•  2/3 cup lime juice
•  1/2 cup olive oil
•  salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
In a large bowl, gently combine all ingredients.
Cover and refrigerate 2 hours to allow flavors to blend. Serve chilled.
