5 #10 cans California Cling Peaches
packed in juice or light syrup, diced
12.5 lbs. ripe banana, sliced
2 quarts nonfat flavored yogurt (vanilla, peach,
etc.)
3 quarts + 1 cup skim milk
125 ice cubes, approx. 5.25 lbs.
Directions:
In a 5-quart food processor or blender, blend 3.4 pounds (half of
a can) peaches until smooth.
Add 1.25 pounds banana and blend.
Add .625 pounds (0.8 cup or about 3/4 cup) yogurt and blend.
Add 2.5 cups skim milk and blend
Add 10-12 ice cubes and blend until smooth.
Repeat the process until the desired quantity is achieved.
Options: Nonfat frozen yogurt may be substituted in place of the
nonfat yogurt and ice cubes. Once this recipe is completed, it can
be put into 12-oz. containers and frozen until ready to serve.
For different sized blenders or food processors, adjust the quantity
accordingly.
