Servings: 5-6 portions


•  1 16 oz. can California Cling Peaches in juice or extra light syrup
•  3/4 cup ketchup
•  1/3 cup honey
•  3 tablespoons prepared mustard
•  2 tablespoons cider vinegar
•  1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
•  1 large clove garlic, minced

Directions:
Drain peaches, reserving all liquid. Combine reserved peach liquid with ketchup, honey, prepared mustard, vinegar, ginger and garlic. Bring to a boil in a small saucepan. Boil 5 minutes, stirring frequently. Serve as desired.

Serving Suggestion: For delicious country ribs, place ribs (3 lbs. pork spareribs) on a charcoal grill about 6 inches from heat source. Cover and cook slowly, about 1 hour, turning occasionally. Brush ribs with sauce during the last 20 minutes of grilling. Serve with grilled vegetable skewers.

Tip: Also serve as condiment for grilled chicken, beef or pork.
